Make a Donation

Massachusetts campaign finance law requires us to collect the name and residential address of all contributors. We are required to report that information for contributors whose donations exceed $50 in a calendar year. We also are required to report the occupation and employer of contributors whose donations equal $200 or more in a calendar year. You may donate up to a total of $500 in a calendar year to the Committee to Elect Tito Jackson. The contribution must come from your personal funds. Corporate contributions cannot be accepted.

  1. I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
  3. This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation.
  4. This contribution is made on a personal credit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
  5. My total contributions this year to the Committee to Elect Tito Jackson do not exceed $500 (or $200, if I am a registered lobbyist.)
  6. I am at least eighteen years old.
